Our technicians are able to provide onsite support to the greater Western New York area if needed, however most calls can be completed remotely.

Using the latest secure encryption technologies, you have the option to allow us to remotely log into your PC (broadband connection required) and see the problem first hand.

It's like having a technician arrive at your desk in about 2 minutes - regardless of location.

Once the call is complete, or any time at your discretion, the remote session is ended and the technician is no longer able to access your machine. It's impossible for us to access your machine unless you initiate another session.

The important thing to remember is that you keep control. It's no different than asking a technician to stop back later due to an important meeting, or appointment that suddenly must begin.
